[RE-wrenches] Reliable 48 to 24 V DC to DC reducer

SCI was that Canadian company.  Samlex does make a 48 v to 24 v 
converter modelIDC-100C-24.

However, I would consider skipping the El cid pumps and going to the new 
TACO or Grundfos ECM drive circulators.
