[RE-wrenches] Rapid Shutdown Again?

Curious if there's any way to view the 2020 draft with the gray highlighted
proposed changes formatting typical of published final versions of the
Code. I didn't see it but it would make for much easier comparison of
what's being considered and how that change really differs from the status
quo without having the 2017 book open on the table. Maybe food for thought
for 2023.
