[RE-wrenches] solar resale value

Greetings wrenches,

My apologies if this is out of topic range for this group.

I have a client that has 3 grid tied systems and one grid tie with battery
backup system.  The systems are of varying ages.  She is planning to sell
her home and wants to know how much value to add to the asking price.  Do
any of you have a formula for computing fair market value of these systems?
