[RE-wrenches] Ilsco Insulated Tap Connectors

Aloha Wrenches,
Does anyone know if Ilsco Insulated Tap Connectors at DC rated?
I looked on their cut sheet, and even called the Cincinnati and I was not
able to confirm this?

Does anybody know this, or have a better connector to use?
