[RE-wrenches] Conduit Across "Walkway"

Mark-
The 2018 IFC and IRC both state "Pathways shall be located in areas with
minimal obstructions, such as vent pipes, conduit or mechanical
equipment."

It must be permanently marked "WARNING PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER SOURCE" in
accordance with 690.31(G)(3) as well.
