[RE-wrenches] Experience with Pacific Power

I have a customer in Smith River, CA who is looking to do a commercial
grid-tied project. Wondering if anyone has worked with Pacific Power and
gone through their application and NEM process. Just hoping to gleen some
insight before getting involved with this one.
