[RE-wrenches] B3 Bypass breaker

How is this different/better/less expensive than just doing a supply side
tap using insulated connectors (NSI's)?

>From what I can tell, it only works on panels that are fed with wire
conductors from the meter not hard bussing, so why not just tap it?
