  To date, we have had the greatest success placing a secondary transformer in between the inverter and the PCC( as we have run into this on more than one occasion already). The inverter seems to operate best, and weather it’s WYE, DELTA  or a wild-leg(stinger) you can specify exactly what you need to feed in/out to get the electrical characteristics you are looking for. 

 

Hammond(HPS Sentinel series) work very well,

Dongan transformers have also worked very well for us so far.

I'm wondering if I should consider reconfiguring the system with 1-Ph inverters tied in to only 2 of the utility legs. I asked SolarEdge weeks ago but getting nothing from them. Any thoughts?
