We do international shipping fairly often and always require prepayment.
It can be difficult to do international wire transfers so we offer PayPal as an option and add on the "convenience fee".
Don't ship without payment you have no way to get it back once it's gone.

I understand that doesn’t even work with credit cards and a bogus cashiers check is a possibility
