I remember seeing something similar, but can't remember fix.. Might
have been low / wrong oil.. Maybe bad sensor.. Loose connection? maybe
bad board.. Might want to check fuses.. Could be a sticky reg.. might
be out of gas.. I have it on good authority 'The knees are not always
the first to go'.. Good Luck.

I recently had a frustrating generator trouble shoot that was similar,
turned out to be a dirty air filter of all things. Easy fix, but took
a
couple of hours to come to that conclusion.......
