[RE-wrenches] Enphase and Smart? phone

I've done it twice without a smart phone or tool
kit. Both times, Enphase tech support walked me
though it. The second time it went smoothly. It
takes an ethernet cable from a laptop to the
Envoy. It really is fairly straight forward if it
goes the way it should, which may or may not be the case.
