[RE-wrenches] Rapid shutdown causing AFCI TEST FAILURE

Greetings!
I verified today after replacing an SB6000-12 for a K1 relay open code, that the rapid shutdown circuitry  was causing intermittent arc fault test failures. It had done this from day 1
