[RE-wrenches] FLA battery setpoints with larger arrays

Hi Allan,

Like you, we now design for larger arrays and smaller batteries, but have not
yet tweaked CC settings as well. Our Vermont weather is a bit different than
yours to say the least, though tweaks may still be something to consider.
Batteries do use more water. I've installed, and will continue to encourage
customers to purchase and install battery watering systems as well as go with a
single string of cells. Anything that makes the watering chore easier is sure to
help batteries achieve their design potential. And, thanks for offering to send
me the info on the Whisper wind turbine awhile back. I decided it was best to
take a pass on that job.
