[RE-wrenches] Sunny Island RS485-RJ45 wiring

Does anyone know how to use CAT5e cable to wire a Sunny Island 5048U
RS485 jack to a WebBox?
I have an 8 pin connector

1-OR
2-OR/WH
3-GR/WH
4-BL/WH
5-BL
6-GR
7-BR/WH
8-BR

The manual says the RJ45 pins are as follows
3- D+
6- D-
5- GR

but I cannot get it to work. Any help appreciated.
