Hello,

I received a packet  in the mail today from great river energy. They are the body that kinda oversees all of the co-ops in MN.  

Here is the cover page. It also has the names and addresses of every person connected to one of its CO-OPs that is currently a QF. 

Have any of you seen anything like this before?
