[RE-wrenches] SB2500 Refurbish program gone

I was faced with this dilemma a few weeks ago. Luckily the customer had multiple 2100s so we got the replacement as a 5000US, then combined (2) 2100s and kept one as a backup when the next one fails in order to prolong another major components upgrade.
