[RE-wrenches] Security on a ground mount?

We've got a system to go up in the student ghetto in the middle of town, so
of course we got drunks and little pirates. Height has always been a
solution but requires a lot beefier (pronounced "expensive") support pipes.
What security measures does everyone recommend of a system that is low
enough to unbolt? Thanks all.
