Dear Wrenches,
Does anyone know if the NESC Handbook contains the complete text of the NESC (National Electric Safety Code - C2-2007)?
Does NESC differ from the NEC in this? I'm getting ready to purchase my first copy and figure I might as well get the Handbook if it contains the complete code.
