[RE-wrenches] Is delay 1741?

Hello Wrenches,

I was told by SMA tech support that no delay is required when an 
inverter starts up, so long as the AC was turned on before the DC.  I 
saw their inverter go to full power with the green light going solid 
while the timer was still counting down.  Is this, or is this not a UL issue?
