[RE-wrenches] AC to AC syncrhonizer for hydro plant.

Wrenches,
Got a phone call from a gentleman that is in need of a device that will take 240v 60hz and synch with the local utility.
I guess kind of like a grid tie inverter, but AC in not DC input.
Any ideas?
