[RE-wrenches] Rooftop DC disconnects

this is already required in Los Angeles county in a county ordinance. They are looking for dc disconnect directly after any combiner box and no conduit entering a building without disconnect- both commercial and residential. You wont see it in NEC unless you look in the 2002. I dont have the ordinance handy, but the plan check in those offices have the reference.
