[RE-wrenches] Watt-hour meter

I'm searching for a WATT-hour meter.. Not a "KILOWATT-hour" meter. So that
folks can see the meter spin or numbers turn when running small loads.   ie.
CFL bulb vs. incandescent bulb. demo purposes.
