[RE-wrenches] residential ITC and second homes

I recently had a customer tell me their vacation home is not eligible for
the tax credit. I cannot find any reference excluding part-time residences
from the ITC, and have had several customers take the credit in this
situation. Does anyone know of a link where the rules pertaining to
part-time residences are spelled out clearly? Thanks.
