[RE-wrenches] GTWB inverter-generator question

Wrenches,
A quick review, please, as I'm sure I'm forgetting something here:

Who makes inverters for grid-tied use with battery backup, that can also
support a generator as an integral part of the mix?

As best I can tell:
Outback does not, as it has only one input, so external switching hardware
and reprogramming is required.
Xantrex XW will, and is set up to do so, but requires a GSM module for
automatic operation.
SMA will, but requires use of at minimum one Sunny Boy and one Sunny Island,
and the AC-coupled setup is fairly complex.
Neither Magnum nor Apollo has GT capability, although each works with a
generator.

What have I left out, and what am I mistaken about here, please?
