HUP vs IBE Batteries [RE-wrenches]

Thanks to the feedback from NWES I'm having purchasing look into it further and I hope to discover an error and get back to the HUP's as I feel the 7% premimum is a bargain for the warranty and S&H perks. 
Does the warranty still apply to exported batteries?
I also appreciate the proper hydration formula from AEE Solar, although our batteries had proper levels of electrolyte we were obviously low on intake!
