Is it just me or can this be good news? I noticed that I sold many 2V industrial cells a few years ago (HUP's and Hawkers) for $2400 per pack, the lead alone in them is worth about $1900 TODAY! What will they be worth at end of service life in another 10 - 15 years?! I have to think MORE than my customers paid for them. This would be a historical 1st for batteries - use them up over +10 years and recycle them for profit. This means that they are not just free to use but make you money too!
Too good to be true, metal infaltion not sustainable, battery prices actually come back down someday?
Interesting.......
