Earth Flatulence Power (EFP) [RE-wrenches]

I'm working w/a guy that in drilling his water well not only found water but also nat. gas. It will light off a nice flame 4-6' long. I seek the collective wisdom of this group for a lead as to how or whom to access this potential? The site is in Nor. Cal. (Lake County).
