The advantage I find is Yuasa's 10-year warranty (vs. 5 years from GBC, 
IBE and C&D), oversize tray (for easy cell removal to move) and free 
shipping on 6-packs (an 85-33 is 1400 lbs. per 6 pack). 

I also like the new flip-top caps (vs. quarter turn caps). The lack of 
welded cell interconnects also makes any future cell replacement much 
easier. Bus bars are included with stainless steel hardware. The trays 
are powder coated, not spray painted. 

I use a vise to bend the bus bar needed for the series connection of two 
6-packs for 24 V systems. This puts both the pos. and neg. takeoffs at 
the left end of the battery, closer to the DC250, so the rear takeoff is 
neg. to the DCBB and the pos. is in front to connect to the Heineman 
breaker.

Totally agree. My experience is Trojan T-105's and L-16's outlast both US 
Battery and especially Interstate units. Multiple parallel strings spell 
trouble over time (uneven charging/discharging), so I push for 2 volt 
industrial units whenever the client's budget permits.

My experience is they are definitely worth the slightly higher cost.
