E meter [RE-wrenches]

That's my findings also.  I also have one that thinks its loosing amp hours
it grid tied. I instruct the customers to initiate a bulk charge by turning
off the AC power and running off batteries then going back to the grid for a
nice charge.  If I've set the meter up properly it resets itself and
everything is back to normal.
