Hi 'Kurt,  I don't know about the AC1 LED light and any interaction with 
search mode- a bit strange.  On the issue of search mode in general--It's 
pretty sloppy.  Sometimes you are lucky to make it work at all - at any 
setting. I assume your customer can not live with the higher threshold 
setting. because that would me my recommendation.
