surge protector [RE-wrenches]

Hi Dave,

We have an APC model 700XL Smart UPS to protect the server in our midwest
office.  It refuses to accept power from an ExelTech SI 500.  I have seen
similar occurances which some other computer UPS units. It may not be a
problem with the Trace, it may be the nature of the APC unit.
