SW fans / and emeter in EV [RE-wrenches]

Hi John and other wrenches,
  Funny you should post this question now.  I have 2
customers , both with DR2424 inverters, with the same
problem.  One I can not disable the sleep mode with the
knob either.  As long as there is a load of about 25
watts the inverter stays on.  The problem with that is
the inverter powers a thermostat with a LCD readout for
a solar hot water system and the thermostat needs less
that a watt to run.  I have called Trace twice and left
messages both times but no response!!
  Wonder if it is the same problem as yours?  Maybe a
bad batch of Temp. sensors?
