Todd,
Re the bar graph: I used to do the same. We see a lot of problems that fall
under the general category of "renters and housesitters". But you know, "%
of full" is about as simple..."When it says 50%, run the generator until it
says 80%"...and the other reasons for the Tri-Met won out.
