I only have a couple SW's out there in stand-alone systems.  This whole
thing comes painfully to mind though on a system I did about 250 miles
from here.  I was utilizing the Trace's generator start option to fire a
Honda (nother nightmare but thanks for Bob'O's help) and couldn't
initiate an equalizing charge.  Their tech's told me the only way to do
the EQ was to either have the event start as an automatic function (with
Gen Menu in Auto) or perhaps by reprogramming bulk up to EQ values.  Oh
great, I install a new solar system, tie it into a big LP generator, and
want my cient to do the first EQ while absent or perhaps waiting by the
side of the inverter.  I think they build great and reasonably priced
inverters by saving on software enginieers.
