Desulfaters? [RE-wrenches]

I think to prove desulfaters one would have to have a set of pretty
uniformly sulfated batteries, and then apply the pulse units to just half of
them, and charge all of them identically, as with an identical solar array
and control on each, but NOT connect the groups together. Then, if there
were a great difference between the ones charged with and without pulse
units, I would believe it.  I have seen all kinds of test reports, but none
really showing this controlled test anywhere.

Closest to it was the military test where they did use control batteries for
comparison, but that one used pulsers with small solar cells built in on
some batteries and nothing on the others. They got results but it could have
been the solar cells that did it, still not proof of pulsing. That test is
