Hi Wally,
"Do any of you have any firm experience with either the Power Pulse or
DeSulfater battery zappers being better than the other one?"
As of over two years ago, Pulse Tech had an order of magnatude larger
sales support materials for their wider range of (my opinion;
overpriced) products. IES (Innovative Energy Systems) offered comparable
pricing on the battery desulfation products.
My decision to get one unit which was capable of AC and solar power and
rotate it between my two banks of T-105 batteries in an RV application
has proved less than ideal.
Perhaps getting two self powered units (approx. same cost) would have
been better?
I would be quite interested in knowing Alastair Couper's experience
with the commercial units and other research for his home brew
desulfator article (HP77).
