installer's list [RE-wrenches]

I think that you SHOULD be required to join IPP to get on the installers list.
First, like you said, there are costs involved in setting up a site, 
not to mention yet more and more as yet uncompensated volunteer time. 
Very few of us actually know how much time you spend on us already or 
just how much work IPP gets done for us on a budget of nearly zip.
Second, IPP is the ONLY organization to speak for the Wrenches 
without having some other motive such as selling them products. We 
all need to belong and support it.
Third, you want totally FREE referrals? Be prepared to get what you 
pay for. Anyone getting free lunches from Trace, BP, Kyocera, etc.?
