Whoops, looks like I need to pay a little better attention.  Everyone please
ignore my last message.  Feel free to chastise me as well.  Steve you can
take back my Honorary Title of "Hydro Expert"

It looks like we have finalized this thing and are going forward with it. 
My bad.

I plan on joining IPP and I'll get the check off ASAP.  Do we need to be a
member of IPP to be on the installers list you are creating?  I think we
should but it hasn't been stated that I can find.
