Barry,
    Re the old array:  that shape suggests a 4X9 cell arrangement.  My
late-80s Hoxan/Heliopower cut sheets suggest maybe a Hoxan H-4810; at 945mm
X 422 mm, that's 37 3/16 by 16 5/8.  If so, it's 48.6 Wpp, 16.2 Vpp, 3 App.

    Or maybe a really old Solec?  No specs, but they did both 3 X 12 and  4
X 9.
