They may not be official wrenches, but check my website under NEWSLETTER
section and SOLAR HELPERS PAGE for currently active people we refer to.  If
you find no one else, these are probably good ones.  If there were any bad
reports they would not be on that list, so they are all either good or
unknown. They are mostly small one person businesses with some years
experience, not all licensed, but covers the country pretty well.  And note
the guy in Puerto Rico  is great, has done the SEI classes and all.
