Referral [RE-wrenches]

When I refer people I always start with the statement that that person is a
separate business and they will be contracting with that person entirely
separately from my business, and that I cannot be sure of the quality work
they will receive. The customer must evaluate the service provider himself.
But then if its someone I know does a good job I may add my personal
reference for the other business, how many years in business and type of
experience I am aware of.
