Internally lit signs in cold weather [RE-wrenches]

Hi John,
We have been using and distributing LIT's electronic ballast for SE and DE
compact flourescent.  They are available in 12 or 24 V.  They guarantee lighting
of the bulbs down to 0 degrees F.  In reality, we have several sites where they
are working at -20 degrees F.  In addition to ballasts, we stock their water
tight outdoor flood lights.  Give me a call if you have any questions.
