Conserve SE215 [RE-wrenches]

I just this week measured our SE215 Conserv chest freezer and it met 500
watt hours per
24 hours at 75 degree room. That may depend on the inside temp. They often
come from the factory with a knob range of negative 20 to negative 5
degrees. Customers complain of rock hard ice cream as well as increased
power use. we devised an instruction sheet and a loaner tool that we send
to many customers who then use it to shift the control range to about
negative 5 to positive 8 degrees F whereupon at setting Positive 5 or 6 all
is restored to proper functioning. Unfortunately it is a small task that
some are intimidated by, but it really helps.
