Help with SW problem... [RE-wrenches]

Hi Ezra,
    Thanks for the input...she's not using the search mode...this customer
has several devices which preclude its' use, so I'm afraid that's not it.
And I run my whole place on a DR3624 inverter....everything runs great
here...even during generator/battery charging. I have crashed my hard drive
here but that was...err...ummm...operator error (read stupidity on my
part!). So I can't understand this one....I guess I'll have to scope this
SW!
