Help with SW problem... [RE-wrenches]

Roy,  I would want to put a scope on the inverter output and see what the 
waveform looks like. If that is good, then the next thing I'd do is log the 
inverter output over a few days to see if there are transients or other junk 
on the system.  This sounds weird and its possible that these problems have 
nothing to do with the inverter.  your systems seems well designed like 
hundreds we've all done before.
