Hi John -
    Central Vermont will straighten you out on this - you can bet on
it!  Generally the require a weatherproof disconnect adjacent to their
metering. It has to be accessible. This location simplifies their
paperwork - They have to print up a location on their grid sheets so the
lineman can find the switch - one easy way is to follow the service
entry to the meter and switch - Best of luck - Ron
