New list for marketing? [RE-wrenches]

I think trying it with this list is a good idea.  Spin it off to another if 
it gets too big.  I have observed that the list seems to shift between 
technical and other misc issues on a regular basis.  I guess if there is no 
technical discussion, we must 
all know what we are doing!
