Please note how I edited out all but enough of the previous message to give list members a taste of what was said. And this message is an obvious change in subject matter so I also changed it.

Sparky is right on. It is common list etiquette to remove unnecessary verbiage in the quoting, specially generations of previous quotes and previous signature info.

I have slowly but surely been plugging away at some list etiquette stuff to post here for all of us, but in the meantime if you want to get an idea of typical list etiquette send mail to majordomo at gweep.bc.ca with the following line in the body: get faq ml-etiquette.txt
