I agree with Steve. All of us in the business for very long know the value of 
customer good will and repeat buisness , both upgrades and service. Whats 
tough sometimes is the mailorder customer who needs local service. I think if 
they are not assholes then compassion will pay off and of course they should 
be willing to pay for our service.
