Hello Travis, Check out the site Michael gave.  He is currently spicing it 
up. So we can expect great things. The basic membership is $50/year which 
supports the web site and my travel expenses to go to policy meetings in 
California and elsewhere at which I represent IPP. You should be able to get 
a feel for position from the information on the site. If you want more check 
out current and old IPP columns in Home Power, or I can email some to you.
